  • No. The Recovery Space is suitable for a wide range of people and is used at your own pace.

  • Session lengths are generally 45mins but can vary, they will be shown at the time of booking or contact us.

  • Yes. Recovery sessions can be booked independently.

  • If you have medical conditions or concerns, please read our contraindications or contact us before booking.

  • Our recovery space is completely private and will only by used by you (or you and a friend) during your booking time. Perfect for quiet, calm, uninterrupted recovery and nervous system reset.

  • A towel, water bottle and change of clothes. We recommend a book or you can bluetooth your phone to play music/podcast.

    Please not we do not have shower facilities, only toilets.
