Cancellation Policy

At Move Easy Health Studio, appointment times are reserved specifically for each patient. Late cancellations and missed appointments limit our ability to offer care to other patients.
Appointment Changes and Cancellations
We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a $60 late cancellation fee.
Missed Appointments (Did Not Attend)
Patients who do not attend their appointment and do not notify us will be charged the full appointment fee.
Appointment Reminders
Appointment reminders are sent via email two days prior to your scheduled appointment.
A second reminder via text is sent 24 hours before your appointment.
These reminders are a courtesy only, and it remains the patient’s responsibility to attend or cancel with sufficient notice.
Fees and Payment
Cancellation and non-attendance fees may be charged to the payment method on file or required prior to future bookings.
Outstanding fees must be paid before further appointments can be made.
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that unexpected situations can arise. Cancellation fees may be waived at our discretion in cases of genuine emergency or extenuating circumstances.
